Warwick Castle First built as a fortress, Warwick Castle's towers were used to look out for approaching enemies. It stayed in the Earl of Warwick's hands until 1604 when the Greville family took it over. Then in 1978 Madame Tussaud's bought it, Warwick Castle now offers visitors over 1000 years of English history. Exploring Warwick Castle's towers, dungeons and state rooms you get a real feel for that history. There are also a number of exhibitions that feature waxworks, making this a great day out for children as well. Click Here - To book a tour from London to Warwick Castle.
